    FYI, I'll be doing a virtual 5k this next weekend, likely on Saturday unless something in my schedule changes, so if anyone would like to join me, just let me know your planned start time and report in afterward, sharing your time for the 3.1 miles. Would love the company @izzyred9400 @Pupowl @frankwbrown @DaffyGirl88, if any of you are interested! Anyone is welcome to join me...just copying in a few who have done so in the past and who seem to love walking...

    This is so true! Recently, I completed a values exercise to identify my priorities. I use the list to guide my decisions. If we can identify as someone who lives a certain way, I think it becomes easier to make better decisions and build better habits.

    So, I tell myself that “I’m the type of person who ________.”

    E.g., … cares for my body and treats myself with dignity by eating nutritious meals that nurture me physically and mentally. This will help me live a longer, more productive life. So, I’ll be able to enjoy more time with my family and friends, contribute to my community in productive ways, etc. I haven’t perfected this practice yet but I’m definitely improving. I’ll look forward to reading what other’s post so I can learn what works for you and get better at acting like the person I aspire to be in the future!

    @DaffyGirl88 Thank you. :smiley: I had some salty fries last week the evening before weigh in, so my weight was up a bit. This is a new lowest though, so I am happy.
