My highest weight was 255.2 in 2018
My lowest weight was 169.5 in 2020
My current weight is 205.7 in 2024
I plan on losing those 55 pounds by the end of the year. I always manage to lose weight more in the summer. Too hot to eat much and I do I lot more walking. Fingers crossed that I do this.

    The daily card:
The number of messages coming into our inboxes and social feeds throughout the day and night can be overwhelming. One of the ways we can approach the constant bombardment is to think of the messages as words from actual people, rather than information. Next time you open an email, take a moment to reflect on the person who wrote it-whether or not you know them personally. Think about your shared humanity and wish them well. This short exercise before reading a message can then help you tune into the interconnected internet of people, rather than the internet of information.

    Week’s Notes:
Had a rough start to week 3, Tom showed up and my scale was malfunctioning, knee was acting up a bit and then I started off with a binge on Sunday.😤 so anyways, my tickers above were purely rough estimates in the beginning.

I do feel that I made up for it with allot of determination in the end so I still managed a loss.

My new goal for week 4 is to have 7 of 7 days checked off with Yes’s

Good morning Shape Shifters. Went for a longer walk yesterday without my camera and came to regret it. I stumbled across two roedeer who were pretty close and looking pretty in the light so that was a bit of a bummer. I took a short video with my phone, but it's not great. Oh well, I am sure I will see plenty more deer. I did laundry, my gym rings workout and a bunch of gaming. Happy Monday everyone <3

    Afternoon Yall.
    Monday weigh in 239.9

A bit swollen and I'm trying to find tye best spot for my scale yet so it'll happen. I'm doing grilled thighs for dinner on the smokeless indoor grill I have. Salad and potato salad are the sides today. Tomorrow are pork chops. Yesterday I fixed a small roast in the oven. With onions taters and carrots.

The Temps the last few days where I'm at have been in the mid to upper 80s...so hot. Been doing some therapy exercises and stretching the last few days and 2 walks a day with Dinah Mite.

I'm getting settled in my new apartment. And it's looking so cute. My love helped me put my bed together last night.

@pupowl please excuse me from this week’s weigh in. I hurt my left knee over the weekend and am stiff and swollen. Thanks…

Good morning Shape Shifters. Managed to drag myself outside again for my morning walk. Did some different trails in the woods. The path I wanted to take had very long & wet grass and I didn't feel like playing 'dodge the snail' every step so I found a path that ran basically parallel to it which was fine.
Annoyingly I had to go to bed again in the afternoon because I was just beyond exhausted and my head was pounding something fierce. It is really crappy that it's not even that warm yet, but I still feel 10 times worse already because of the sun and 20+ degree weather. It feels like I start with negative energy in the morning, so just going outside for my walk in the first place is already a huge struggle. That is why I leave my camera home lately as well. I don't want to add more weight and wear a harness that is going to make me even hotter. It really is a pain and it makes it hard to enjoy the walks when I just think about making it back to my bike and having a shower at home. I am glad I still manage to go, but not sure how I will be able to keep it up when we get closer to 30 degree weather. I guess that will be a worry for later. Happy Tuesday everyone <3

    The daily card:
One way to help nurture yourself is to care for another living thing. Plant a sapling either in your own garden or in a communal space, or get a houseplant such as a bonsai tree. Look after it, feed it and watch it grow. Take photos, or draw pictures if prefer, charting its growth over time. As you care for your plant, commit to nurturing your own development. You need to tend to yourself as you would for nature so you can reach your full potential.

@Armygirlarmyof1 Thanks, more new Tinus pictures today. Good to hear you are settling in! I know how exhausting it is to move. I had to move 3 times in like 2 years and every time it made me want to throw out all my stuff, lol.
@jessicakrall8 Sorry to hear that. Hope it feels better soon!
