    Another beautiful day - church was having a plant sale, so we bought three flats of annuals. Planted most of them, planted marigolds and snapdragons around the vegetables to help keep the bugs away, and in the front of the house for color. Still have another 1/2 flat to go. Got my walks in and a short cardio workout, then relaxed in the afternoon. It was a nice day.

    @lindamtuck2018 sorry you’re going through a stressful patch. Hope it eases up soon. It’s hard not to revert to some old habits when under stress so try to give yourself some grace. Maybe try to focus on one or two little things that will benefit physically or mentally. Fingers crossed your surgery is a go in June🤞

    @megan_smartiepants1970 not on here daily so I miss most of your questions. I do read them when I’m playing catchup but feel weird answering so late. One suggestion is maybe say every Monday have a nutrition related question and every Wednesday a fitness related question. Just a thought. Thanks for all your hard work and contributions to the team. I know it takes a lot to be captain💜

    @ITladyee so awesome your new home will have a dedicated gym space. If we ever build that’s at the top of my wish list - finished basement for gym. Hope your home gym will keep you motivated. You’ve made so much progress and make exercise an essential part of your day so I really don’t think you’ll have any problems sticking to it. Maybe add some motivational wall art or sayings. I added some a couple months ago so I wasn’t just staring at a beige wall. I still read them daily as reminders.

    Nutrition is the harder part in my opinion but they say it’s a bigger part of the equation. I just love cooking and eating too much🙃

    @jamieS74 @stacimfit @iLive2Walk Sorry so many toxic people you’ve had to deal with. Sounds like your situations made each of you stronger and now in a better place. Way to be resilient and persevere!💪

    @stacimfit way to go starting HIIT how’s it going? Is it in person or online? How are your legs feeling? I usually have to modify moves if I do a video but still get like that the second day. Makes it torture getting up and down stairs and going to the bathroom lol funny not funny😜

    @RoblinB hope your work situation eases up soon and you can find your work/life/health balance back soon. I know for me it seems food choices and portions are always the first out the window when dealing with work stress. Try to focus on one or two things even tiny things that will help you move towards a healthier you. Glad you’re still getting your walks in. Definite plus! Fingers crossed June is a little more relaxed and balanced🤞
