    Shelley - wow those are tiny fish. Very pretty. Hopefully everybody gets along well :-)

    I did take a nice 30 minute walk yesterday. So beautiful and cool here for once. The aqua yoga was absolutely a joy. It was so much fun. Not only was a fun to get in the pool and do the exercise, but we laughed so hard. I don't think I've laughed that hard in a really long time and it felt great.

    Today Bella and I have our nature journaling class in the morning, and then therapy. I'm going to run to the farmers market at 9:00 and see what I can pick up. Will definitely wear my sneakers so I can try to walk while they are in therapy. I think it's going to be pretty nice albeit a little hot.

    Morning ladies. Friday was low impact step and sweat w/o, an upper body w/o and a Pilates core workout. Trying to get back to consistent workouts while eating better. I need more protein like Karen. Glad you are back I. The groove now,

    Shelley I slept so well in Panamá. No waking up in the middle of the night. It was great. Heres a couple of group photos. Awesome ladies.

    Karen sounds like you had a blast in the water!! We need to go to our Farmer's Mkt. but I'm tooooo lazy!! And now it's too hot!!
    Beautiful pictures, Kathy! Nice Gang of Girls!! Sure wish I could sleep thru the night...but nooo...the bathroom calls me a lot!!!
    Sitting on my fanny and reading today. Ordered groceries and now nothing!! Might walk to the park tomorrow morning. We'll see.

    Karen so glad you enjoyed the class. Did you find anything good at the market? Can’t wait for ours to open. These fish are all compatible.

    Kathy love the dresses. How do you all know each other? Great start at getting consistent again. What do you think allowed you to sleep better?

    Chris I had a rest day also.

    Puttered around the house. Then walked up on the mountain with the pups. Libby is to slow. But she is sick so she got carried. All the tiny fish are eating.

    Met my June goal of getting out of the 170s and maintaining the 160s. It’s time to work on the next 10 lbs and get out of the 160s. Ten lbs at a time seems to work for me even if it sometimes takes months to get there. 😉

    It's so nice to be losing finally after two years of gaining. It'll take me a couple years to get back to normal, but it's already easier to function, basics you know... like fitting in a chair, standing up and walking.

    Sara just let us know that the kids in baseball and parents are in a parade on the 4th. I told here I'd have to find my baton!! I was a majorette when I was young. Marched in many parades twirling my baton with my group of little girls. We were the Humphrey Harmonet Juniors. The older girls were the Humphrey Harmonets. My mom made all our costumes, so I didn't have to pay for baton lessons. Such a long time ago!
    It is way too hot today! It was 80 degrees at 8:00 this morning. I wasn't going out in that!! Going to make soup now.
