Hi everyone, my name is Andria and I love lifting weights. My biggest struggle over the last decade is getting the midsection I want. I have started eating clean just this week and for the next 30 days. My biggest struggle is ensuring I have ready to go meals so I don't have to cook during the week. Does anyone have any tips or receipes that I can meal prep. I do like variety but I am trying to keep it simple.
