    Kathy,

You're more than 3/4 of the way from your Highest Weight to your Ultimate Goal, right?!! (A total 100 pound loss with only 19 pounds to go?) You're rocking it, lady!!!

    Paula

I’m working hard because they say those last 20 are the hardest but I really want it! Also I think 20 more will get me off of more meds.

Paula you’re killing it too. You’ve already reached your goal for July.

Wednesday was a full body anytime stretch and abs/arms strength training. Spent the rest of the day with mom and my brother.

I've been working on the "Full Body Fat Loss" workout. I'm up to the fifth exercise (a whole 2.5 min ) and discovered that the third exercise gives the arms a break, whew. But then the 4th exercise kills them again, and I swear, if I'd had to lift something to save my life, I'd be dead. Off the couch...

    Great job ladies!

Busy weekend....exercises in some way each day. Glad I had my sneakers on the car today. Walked between meetings even though it was hot!

Hope to get some early exercise in Tomorrow.

Paula you are a mind reader. Kathy and I were just talking about her 100 pound goal. And you are doing great! :*

Kathy so proud of you. I have to start again. Basically took the entire week off. But look at you go!

Chris I did some walking while visiting. Just can’t sit to much. And boy was it hot. I thought of you walking in the heat. Yuch

Two long days in a car. I don’t totally mind it though. Nice to visit. Great to be back.

Thursday was a lower body stretch, an arms strength, a 6 minute abs workout and 30 on the recumbent.

As much as I love my brother I’m glad he’s leaving today. My mom and I gave our routine and he’s a little noisy and talkative, especially in the mornings. I don’t mind the 2-3 day visits but that’s all we can handle.😂

Shelley you deserved that week off and I’m sure you enjoyed your time with your mom. You get right back to FitOn.

Chris great walk as usual. I can’t walk in this Georgia heat and humidity. Using the recumbent most days.

Karen no matter how busy you are you always get in a workout somehow.

Paula you are killing it! Arms and upper body are my favorite strength exercises. Trying to get Shelley’s guns. 💪🏾

Going to give my bae some attention this weekend. My sister is mom sitting. He had a work trip to Austin next week. Or maybe not if they don’t fix the computer glitches. 🤷🏽‍♀️

    Great weekend ladies!

Kathy I will remember you are not talkative in the morning. I like to lay around and read first thing. It’s great to have company. But great when they leave also. When my mom visited at first a week was long enough. Then she stayed for a much longer period of time. She became part of our routine. I was so torn up when she was leaving. She looked at me and said, I stayed to long this time. She knew she was no longer company. But part of my every day routine.

Did a short cardio this morning. Waited for my corals to arrive. Went up to the mountain for a bit and walked the pups. Then dinner with some friends. I ordered some additives for my tank. Boy have they gone up.

    Night my friends

Shelley - Love your statues! So cute!

I was able to take a good 2 mi walk yesterday in between meetings, and got to aqua yoga at lunch time. I felt like I was starting to get a migraine in the morning and then aqua yoga and a laughing and splashing made it all go away :-) I really love that class. She's doing another 4 weeks which I'm totally going to try to do.

Getting my hair cut this morning. Bella's coming with me and then we are going to find a spot to do our nature journaling. We loved that 6 week class and are trying to keep up with it. Jim's at a martial arts seminar all day long so it'll just be the two of us which is nice :-)

I plan on getting out for a walk beforehand.

Hope everyone has an amazing weekend :-)

    Shelley, cool statues!
Karen, I used to get those headaches...they were awful! Then I got old and now I can get the lights (colors) and just what we call the hangover...no headache tho.
I got 5.42 miles done in 107 mins to the post office and back. The kids had a funeral to go to so we got the boys around 10:30 for a couple of hours. We had fun.
I thought I had two more weeks of summer break but found out this afternoon that Sara goes back to work this coming Monday!!! We'll get Collin in the morning and Ronan after Collin is p/u. :# It all changes again on August 8th when Ronan starts the 3rd grade!!
Now I'm just going to sit here, eat popcorn and read.

Karen that sounds like a perfect day. Hope you two had a great time. How did the nature journaling go?

Chris I can hardly believe he is in 3rd grade. Ronan is getting so big.

Worked on the rock work in the new tank. Just don’t love it. Oh well. Took the pups for a short walk. A friend came by earlier. He has a puppy. Cute little thing. Bigger than Libby at just 3 months old. Burmese and Poodle cross. Going to do a walking workout in the morning with the FitOn app

Did a booty workout today. It was short. Changed some of the rocks in my tank. Starting to like it more. Still needs some tweaking though.

Went up on the mountain for a couple hours. Picked some wild berries that grow on the property. I am thinking of planting huckleberries up there.

I noticed the new baby angel fish likes to hang out with the watchman goby. Kind of cute. Here is what she will look like as she grows. Less than an inch now.

After taking two rest days I was energized this morning. Completed an upper body workout and then an abs workout along with 60 minutes on recumbent bike. Plan to stretch tonight before bed.

Had a great couple of days with Ron. It was so nice just to have fun and enjoy our time together. We head to Nassau next week fo five days to celebrate his 60th. Happy were I. The same decade again. 🤣

I had a non-scale victory too. I had to take 2 dresses to my seamstress to have them taken in under the arms and down the side. I took them to her only to have them hemmed. She started pinning the sides and under the arms to adjust. Also is removing 3 links on the shoulder strap. I was pleasantly surprised but maybe the upper body strength/toning is working.

Wow, your angel's gonna be a stunner, Shelley!

I saw a special about the Amazon Reef (where the river meets the ocean) and the video of the beautiful fish that lived there made me think of you.

    Beautiful little fish, Shelley!
    Nice work, Kathy!!
My trainer is sick today!! Caught whatever her daughter had.
We had Collin this morning and Ronan this afternoon! Crazy tired now!
Wow! I don't see getting in any walking btn now and the end of the month!! Too hot after Collin is picked up.
    We'll see.

Thanks Paula. I love learning about the reefs. So many species live there. The angel is captive bred. So never been in the ocean. I need a name for her Paula. She is not shy at all. And comes swimming to me. Always eating. I hatch brine shrimp daily for her and the baby mandarins. Stunning is what I was hoping for!

Kathy I didn’t realize Ron is so much younger. You go girl. High five. Love the dress being taken in. I need a seamstress. It makes all the difference.

Chris I am sorry. I know how much you love walking and your workouts.

Leg day! Need I say more. I was drenched by the end.

So I decided my legs are sore enough I need a rest day. So after work I baked some zucchini bread. For home and Rocky. Tomorrow is upper body and gaming at my daughters. Full day. I am hoping they will pour my sidewalk tomorrow. I want it done and them all gone. Tired of the mess, dust and not being able to park in my driveway!

No workout for me today...trainer is still sick.
We have Collin this morning and it is already 81 degrees out there at 10:15 a,m, !! Don't think it's going to be cool enough to walk. Looks like I'll be able to walk this weekend, tho. The kids booked a movie for Sat morning at 10:30...I told our SIL this morning that it didn't work. I needed to walk Sat & Sun cuz there was no walking during the week. He changed to so we'll have the boys in the evening...sigh!
    Sorry for the rant.

Kathy I laughed at your shrugging person emoji. I have seen you use it so many times before. But this time it just made me giggle and smile.

    Paula you are doing fantastic.

Chris I am proud of you. They know how important your walks are to you. Once we stop moving we are done!

Long day. Work was hot in the building. 80 degrees all day in full uniform. Migraine even. Then workout. And DND with daughter.

Shelley - nature journaling went well. Attaching a picture here. I'm really just enjoying tuning out and really focusing on learning how to be more of an artist :-)

Bella and I also went to a class on Monday night to decorate bird houses. It was really fun. Interesting how our creations came out so great :-)

Feeling like I need to continue to do some tweaking of my eating. Just not saying the scale of as much as I would like.

I'm doing a lot right. 5 weeks with no alcohol, low carb, Maybe just a few too many calories. Also really want to start the weights. I did get up early before working my to planet fitness yesterday to do a vigorous exercise. That felt great. I think I need to up my exercise game :-)

    Ultimate goal weight: 165-170

We had Collin Duty this morning and Ronan is here now playing w/Grandpa.
I made a new batch of soup after Collin was picked up. It was a good decision because the other option was taking a NAP!!! :D
No exercise for me today. It is 96 degrees at 4:00! The wind is brutal and hot! I don't know if I'll be seeing my trainer tomorrow. I can't wait for Saturday and Sunday mornings!!

Karen the are beautiful. Can they be used? Or more decorative use? Really love Bellas choice of the camper.

Chris you are a saint caring for your grandsons so much. I wish my mom could have helped me.

Did some research on zeolite use after work. That was it. Loving my workouts. Love my home ones and the gym.

Shell - The birdhouse can be used outside. I would probably put some sort of shellac coating on them. But I think we're going to keep them in the house. We just love them so much we don't want it's about them outside :-) who knows we might decide to do that later. But just a really fun activity. I've been trying to find art related things for us to do together to continue to spend more time together. Overall it's going well.

My husband gave Bella his car as their graduation gift from us, and he got a new car. She's been driving a lot which makes me feel more comfortable.
Bella's car is in really good shape and should get them through college. She starts community college in about a month with the first semester being part-time.... She'll be driving an hour each way to the main campus. We have a campus 10 minutes from our house, but she wants to go to the big one. She has lots of support both therapeutic and an ADHD coach as well. We are really praying that she continues to move forward. It's been a very positive summer so far. Much slower paced but I think that works for her.

To be honest the stress on us as parents has also reduced tremendously. High school wasn't easy with the intense bullying she faced. And it's insane that kids have to be there so early. My husband was just saying yesterday how much he is enjoying sleeping in a little bit :-)

Who's watching the Olympics? I decided to work from home today so I could have the TV on in the background to watch the opening ceremonies. In Pennsylvania I think they start about 1:30 since France is 6 hours ahead. I love the Olympics :-)

Next week is the official last week of our 6-week cleanse. I've decided to keep going. I haven't achieved what I want to achieve. Not that it's all going to happen in 6 weeks mind you :-) but I really want to get the weight down to a place that is more comfortable for me. Probably have about 15 more pounds to go. All good ;)

    Happy Friday everybody!

Thursday was two really good FitOn workouts. A low impact cardio blast that was continuous fun and Blazing Guns an arms w/o that was a killer.

Karen I will watch the Olympics love the track and field, gymnastics, swimming and tennis. Can’t wait for the opening ceremony. Always fun. So happy for Bella what a wonderful graduation gift. I hope she enjoys college.

Shelley keep enjoying your workouts. I do miss the gym but FitOn works for me at this time.

Paula continue to crush it. Proud of you.

Working on packing for Ron’s birthday trip. It’s harder to pack for a shirt trip or I’m just procrastinating.

Chris I thought Atlanta was hot but no comparison to the heat you’re having.

    Kathy
