Thanks, Shelley. We love our Grandsons.
We have 95 degrees at 4:00 p.m. today with 19mph winds out of the west...a little warm out there!! Tomorrow morning is supposed to be cool enough to get my walk in. I have no mail for the post office, so I'll go to the Ruins and see what's happening there.
We had Collin this morning and now Ronan is playing computer games with Grandpa.
I am drinking coffee and trying to find a purse like the one I carry. It needs replacing...thought I found it but it doesn't hold my phone like my current purse does...sigh. Oh, well...I'll just keep looking.

I found my purse!! All I had to do is search for 'purses bought' on my Amazon account...I didn't know I could do that!! Cool!!
Yay! Real Summer is here!! It's only 72 degrees at 2:20 p.m.!!! Highest today is supposed to be 76!
    Tomorrow's high 85 degrees. I'm happy!
I walked this morning 5.20 miles in 102 mins in the cool wind! Beautiful! I plan on an early walk tomorrow morning, too.
My trainer is still sick. Not sure I'll be working out with her on Monday. We'll see.
Hope everyone has a good weekend.

Chris that is great. Hope it never gets discontinued.

I watch the Olympics. The opening ceremonies were great. I really wanted to see who was running the torch all over

Saturday was an arms workout followed with a cardio dance w/o.

I saw the women gymnast qualify for the team competition at 4:00 this morning live. The team competition is on Tuesday. Simone and Suni qualified for the all round. I also watched some swimming and tennis.

Making sure mom has everything she needs before I leave Wednesday. Cleaned house and did laundry as well yesterday. Sunday will be a rest day. Maybe get in time on the recumbent.

    Happy Sunday

Finishing up divorce proceedings, but the original petition needs amending. Whenever we go into court, the bailiffs remind me of Shelley. They're always very helpful; yet restrained and professional at the same time.

Derek and I are hoping the rest of the process will go smoothly now. We've been through so much, it finally feels like we know what we are doing.

    Karen,

You have such pretty, large eyes, or do the glasses create that effect? Either way, very fetching. Your pictures remind me of Jennifer Garner.

Cute birdhouses! What a wonderful activity with Bella. If you do put them out, you'll have to let us know who moves in. I know nest quality is a real thing with birds. I wonder if they would extra-appreciate these little wonders. That'd be cool. :smokin:

Yesterday, when I said "NO!" to going to Ronan's ball game, he turned to me and said, "You're not coming, Grandma?" He had this really sad look. His eyes said it all...I hung my head and said, "Fine." Well, needless to say, no walking for me today...I had Collin Duty at the ball game, and every time I looked up to see what was happening on the field, Collin was jetting away from me. I will not be going to their last game next week. Pete was helping the boys on the field, and Sara was helping the boys in the dugout. It was not fun for me.

Chris I know that must be hard for you. They really should get a sitter for just that. Tell them how you feel. Don’t feel guilty. Who would have watched Collin if you weren’t there? You went to watch Ronan. If you do decide to go drive yourself. Wear a big hat that they won’t recognize and watch him in peace.

Paula this has been a long time coming. I am glad you are finally sure of what you both want. So hard on you both. I am there in spirit it seems. Nice.

Kathy sounds like you are ready. Tell Ron happy birthday.

I didn’t get to watch all the Olympics. I saw the opening ceremony. But was working on putting sheetrock in the cabin.

No workout today because I’m so behind with everything trip related. I have to make sure everything is in place for mom. And I forgot but she has an appointment tomorrow. So I’m going to get mostly packed tonight and finish tomorrow. Not as excited for this trip. I think I’m feeling a certain way about leaving mom. I know she will be okay but she hates it when I’m away. Last trip for awhile.

Shelley, there were folks that didn't show up to help out with the game. Sara helped in the dugout making sure the boys went out in order, had their helmet on, and had a bat. If I hadn't been there another mother or father would have stepped up to help the boys get up to the plate to bat, I'm pretty sure. Pete was in charge of the outfield. He was supposed to have another dad out there but I didn't see one. I was glad to help, just sad Collin got scraped up on my duty.
Met with my trainer today!!!! The 60 min workout was crazy! She still isn't 100%. It's her ear issue. She's much better tho. Tomorrow our housekeeper comes...better get things cleaned up for her!

Chris I so understand. But I also think it was time for someone else to step up. We do scoop the poop at a dog walking pathway. Amazing how many folks don’t clean up after their pups. They think the city has it cleaned. Or maybe the deer eat the poop!

Kathy you are feeling guilty for leaving. And torn between leaving her and taking a trip. Rocky and I had wanted to go on a vacation. But I worried it might be my last time to see my mom. It will be ok. Have fun.

Today’s workout was lower body. I like upper body more. We finished with side leg raises.

Our housekeeper came today so I had to clean house!! She has had her daughters help her for a while but school has started this week for one that is a classroom aid and school starts for the younger one the 8th and she wanted vacation time for herself until then.
We had Collin this morning and Ronan came over this afternoon to play with Grandpa.
They both, along with my trainer, have birthdays in August, so I've been on Amazon a good bit!! Now I'm gonna have a lot of wrapping to do!! :D

Kathy and Paula, you both did terrific this month!! Congrats!
We had Collin Duty this morning and I had my trainer at noon for 60 mins. I won't see her until next Wednesday cuz she's headed to Utah to help her dad with something. And I thought July was crazy!!

Chris my birthday is in October! ;) Sounds like you had a great day. And got to clean your house. Lol

Paula you are rocking that weight loss. Such an inspiration.

Kathy I hope you are having a great time. Happy Birthday Ron!

Trial night. Had to miss my workout with the trainer. I hope it doesn’t happen often. I weighed myself this morning. 148.8. I was shocked. 145 and I will be so happy.

I need a day to read Chris. I have been watching the Olympics. I admit I don’t always cheer for the Americans. I am a sucker for the underdogs. There are so many great athletes
