I know I said I was going to wait until Wed, but realized that it was the end of the week and I needed to post my weekly number on another challenge I was in. I was pleasantly surprise as it was down .2 from last week - but my haven't hit my lowwest weight this month way back at the beginning of the month. I know I can't use all my exercise calories - it doesn't work for me. I haven't been following that rule. My new goal is to only use 25%, and shoot for none. I am determined to get to my goal weight this year.

I have a busy week. I am driving my daughter to her appointments, granddaughters to cheer and I have 3 appointments myself. This is my last week of driving for my daughter as she should be allowed to drive after her follow-up with the surgeon. I don’t particularly like driving and very seldom do.

Bingo with Mom last night - no winners. I resisted the goodies.😁 Today - PT in the morning (it might be my last appointment). It looks like rainy day - so thining I may try the treadmill today. It will be the first time I have used it since my knee injury - hoping it goes ok.

What is your least favorite fruit?
I would say a grapefruit. I like them in a drink, but not so much by themselves.

Quiet day. PT in the morning, going to go another week. He is happy with my progress, but there are a few spots he can feel that he thinks we need to work through. I don't mind going - I love the massage! I did get on the treadmill - the first time since my injury.

I am really embarrassed by these numbers. How can one gain 7 pounds in one week? I did eat over calories a lot but not enough to gain 7 pounds. I need to get my head back in the game. I have lost myself in the last 4 months. Stress has got the better of me and a lot of my old bad habits have returned. (Binge eating, night time eating, skipping meals, etc.) The last few days I haven’t ate at night so that’s a positive. My surgery is next Wednesday. I am going to concentrate on recovering and part of that will be my diet.

How many jumping jacks can you do ? Can? I can probably do 20 but I won't as it's too high impact for my body.
@lindamtuck2018 ~ I had the exact opposite happen with my scale. After a crazy weigh in on Saturday, I weighed on Monday at 218.4 and it questioned my identity!!
