    😊I'm curious....
    Question:

    When do you log what you eat?
    the exact moment you are eating? or at the end of the day?
    😁

    I prelog my foods in big lines what I think I'm going to eat to see if it hits my daily macro's and adjust it before I'm going to eat it or just after I ate it.. If I don't do that I don't remember what has gone in 😂

    @myndieet Yikes, that is one nasty spider bite. Hope you are doing ok now.

    @itlaydee Thank you! The alarm trick is a perfect idea. Too many days I have been just a couple hundred short. I'm going to do it! Good for you making the workout room a priority. Do you have a basement or do you have to use one of your rooms as your workout room?

    @lovetheyneighbor Happy belated birthday!

    @iLive2Walk the spider bite (luckily) wasn't me, it was @lovetheyneighbor..

    Oops - @lovethyneighbor this was meant for you - how are you doing?

    @lindamtuck2018 Just getting around to reading all the posts - no excuses - just haven't done it. I know it was a few days ago that you posted - but hope you are feeling better. How far away will is your daughter looking to move to? Glad she will be here soon, just after your surgery - hopefully she can watch over you while you heal. I hear you with the chips - I can look at a bag of chips and gain weight.

    I won't have time to post in the AM, so figured I get my posting done now (since I couldn't sleep). Another good diet day. Cleaned the house which always means a higher step count. I am hoping after my doctor visit next week that I can resume my walks - even if just little ones. We are Going for our monthly visit to Greg's cousin's first thing in the morning (Sunday). She is 91, and lives alone and has no children. We kind of take care of her - but she lives almost two hours away so mostly support over the phone. Hubby calls every day to check on her. We grocery shop for her online. She is in the process of working with a lawyer for hubby to become her power of attorney and fiduciary. Then we will start paying her bills for her. It will be tough because we are so far away, but it's time. It's always a nice visit - but will be away most of the day - will get a small workout in when we get home.

    This will be my last steps challenge and weigh in for a little bit, I am just not on the app as often since they took the newsfeed down and I haven't figured out the whole group posting on my android app. I will check in when I can and see how I feel at the end of the summer when I slow down a bit.

    Heading to my daughters to drop off her birthday present. I am going to Costco today to price out things my daughter from Scotland needs to buy to compare to Amazon. My living room has a pile of Amazon boxes already. Amazon prime days are starting tomorrow I believe. Hopefully, she can get some deals. I might try walking around without a cart at Costco for the steps but those concrete floors are brutal.

    @iLive2Walk
    It took us an 1:20 to get to the place she decided on. She will be dealing with 2 children under 4 and jet lag when she gets here. Unfortunately, I can’t go down to help because I think I am going to have lifting restrictions for awhile. My son in law will be coming a few weeks to a month later. Once I heal I can even take the train down in middle of the week. We already have several things planned with them and we will be staying overnight on those occasions. My husband loves fishing and so does my son in law. So I am sure they will be fishing lots also.
