New to the group

Hey everyone!
I was sleeved 8/26/22 and was 295. I'm currently at 212. 5 months ago I was at 200. but a new job (I work in the healthcare field) where they bring in lunch every day was not my friend. Just because it's healthy food, doesn't mean it's a weight loss food. So now I skip the brought in lunches and working hard to get things back on track and logging my food every day. Having MFP as a tool to make sure I'm meeting my needs has been great and having accountability partners/friends would be super great!
