I did not quite meet goal but had a good month. The 31 days of veggies definitely made the difference for me. I plan to continue with veggies but add back seafood and chicken maybe 2-3 days a week in February.

Kathy, Veggies, poultry & fish sound like the perfect foods. I often forget how filling and tasty veggies are. Gonna make that my mantra until it becomes 2nd nature. Thanks for the inspo!

Started walking more this week then ...dun...dun...din...rain today & tomorrow. I should be walking Sunday and maybe Monday. UGH!! But more rain predicted.
We had Collin this morning and Ronan and Bean are here now. Sara's p/u Ronan shortly because they are going to the cabin this weekend w/their friends and leaving this evening.
Thinking about making soup this evening...maybe.
My weight seems stuck :'( . I would love to get into the 140's...sigh...

Kathy I hope his broken nose heals quickly. That had to hurt. I am glad you are adding protein. Clean protein is great for you.

Paula you are witty. Keep up the arm raises. And walking. They help

Chris I am surprised you didn't have a rain coat and kewl umbrella. You would be styling.

Karen glad you stuck with your guns. No wine. And yes, try on your bathing suit. I so need to buy one.

New carpet is in. Love it. Can hardly wait for the new furniture.

Sore from last nights upper body. Or maybe it was the furniture moving. Glad we did most of it. Poor carpet layer was by himself.
