    So great about the list and Scott !! Hello, Happy Wednesday. Spring has not Sprung, and won't until May :p. April is mud season, March is still winter. It's raining today tho! Kind of a mini-mud season! I'll take it 🌦

    In-office PT today. Probably Planet Fitness after for a round of lower body weight machines, another round of upper body & core weight machines, and an indoor cycling bike ride. Hopefully a ~22 min Yoga for Balance & Flexibility after.

    And some of my Fly Bingo squares, too! If I knock off 10 a day, I might finish all by next week :D

    wish I had kept my control journal, but I tossed when we downsized during our last move. Half of the stuff in it involved homeschool schedules anyway, and I graduated our last kid back in 2010. I guess that shows how long it has been since I was flying.

    I am starting out simple. I will be working in the garage until the garage is done. Then I tackle the basement. I will do a load of laundry every day. I will wipe down a bathroom with a Clorox wipe every day and rotate which bathroom I do. Try one new recipe every week. Clean the kitchen every Friday. Since he retired, my husband took over vacuuming and mopping plus grocery shopping and half of the cooking. I am so blessed.

    @mkksemail Good luck with the PT and PF stuff! Sounds like there's a lot going on!!! Use the bingo for as long as you need to, but timebox it to no more than a month!

    @titus2cat Yeah, 2010 was a hot minute ago! :) I like your routine! Sounds like a good start for sure! Lucky duck on hubby doing the vacuuming and mopping! :) Mine will help with the cooking, though… as long as it involves a grill!

    Work was interesting this afternoon, so I didn't get as far as I wanted, but now that work is over, I can work on the list!!! :)

    Working on the bedroom floor- there's a lot there, may need to work on it for 2 days. I reallyyyy want to do it right in there this time! Not just pick up a little.

    My new invisalign aren't doing me any favors today, but I'll survive. Right now I'm headed to do another 45 minute walk :) I'll put the washer in the dryer before I walk, though…..

    Back! Spent the whole afternoon PT and TJ and PF ing. lol

    Stopped at Trader Joe's after PT, and before PF. Needed more bananas and greens and avocados, and a water bottle, b/c I left mine at home. Got a delicious sammie there (Roasted Turkey on interesting bread with veg and apple slices). Ate half at PF before workouts, gave the other half to hubby when I got home. I didn't buy a plastic water bottle (hate doing that!), I bought a glass bottle with Aqua Kefir. Always wanted to try Kefir, it was good, but it was watery, like the diff bw coconut water and coconut cream. I did buy a 'real' Kefir, to try later. That one is Mango. The water one was called Agua de Kefir Cultured Hydration Guava Paloma flavor. Got a bunch of interesting cheeses and veg at TJ's. It's always a fun trip to go there.

    Bleh …. Good thing I made the list last night. It all looks uninspiring today 😸

    Okay, I reg'd for the Ferment This! Sauerkraut class. I was on the fence, bc I don't love Sauerkraut, but who knows, maybe I will like homemade sauerkraut. :D The fermenting process is interesting, regardless. I am trying to add fermented stuff to help my gut flora. The problem is I don't love fermented stuff. lmao !

    Good thing I already have ~42 mins of the 1hr outside workout banked. The rain melted quite a bit of the stuff I had been eyeing as my workout.

    OK! I was PRODUCTIVE today! I have a clean bedroom, there's still stuff on my bingo card that needs to be done (wash curtains, declutter closet/bookshelf), but I am so damn proud of myself today! I have 2 HUGE piles of laundry to do- darks and sheets/blankets. I am feeling really blah this afternoon and realized it's probably because I haven't had any coffee today! hahahahaha

    That's cool that you had fun! Sometimes we just have to force ourselves! I got invited to go to a hockey game tonight but decided I just wanted to hang at the house. I'm sure I would have had fun if I had gone, but…. I like being a hermit!

    The funniest part about the water only is that Scott said he'd do it with me. He came home from work tonight and I was making hamburgers:

    Scott: Ummmm, why do you have burgers out…?

    Me: Because I'm making them for us for dinner….

    Scott: Ummmmm, I thought we were doing a 3 day water fast, no food, just water…

    Me: cracking up…..

    He won the day! He thought he was signing up for only water, no food, for 3 days!!!! My HERO!!!!

    BIG struggle bus today! :) My hips are KILLING ME! I took on a stretching video to see if that will help! I still have to do my 45 min of flexibility today too, which I WILL get done.

    I am still shaking the cobwebs outta my head. Stayed up way too late (again). This is 4 weeks now, the insomnia bear has been rearing itself up! Time to do another Prolon 5day soon!, it always seems to reset my circadian cycle. I don't sleep during it, is the main reason, lol

    You might look into a grounding mat for the bed. I have to say it has really helped me get the sleep I need. Hips still not happy, trying to avoid taking meds. I'm hungry today, so spreading out my meals (3 instead of 2) and will eat more. I need to plan something- we don't have any meat pulled out of the freezer…. will think about that on my lunch.

    I have Grounding Mat info saved at the top of my Chrome page, for the last few weeks, somehow. lol I'm not sure what I clicked, but it doesn't bother me that it's there. I'm interested, but not pulling the trigger for now.

    Weird eating today. I was hungry so I didn't want to fast- 4 eggs with butter and a little parm about 9am, 2;30 had some pepperoni and cream cheese- we don't have any meat thawed out, so I didn't have much to make! LOL I think this no-coffee is really getting to me today, I sacked out after work for almost an hour. Scott let me sleep and is making us hamburgers with cheese for dinner.

    Just back from Planet Fitness. Got in my upper body/core weights machines round, my lower body weights machines round, and just over 5 mi bike ride. (5.12 mi) SO hungry ! We're eating a cold rotisserie chicken I bought yesterday. And focaccia bread (not cold, lol).

    I got quite a lot done on my four FLY Bingo Cards today (19 squares crossed off!). BUT, I have 62 still to go! :p

    I didn't make a new Saturday plan yet, it's way too late. I'll wait until tmo, to take stock, before I make a Saturday plan.

    WTG on 19 SQUARES!!! Sounds like we'll both continue on with our bingo cards next week! I will just keep plugging along on it and then change it out when it's filled! :)

    Both of us were WIPED last night, both asleep by 8:30? My hips are killing me still- probably from ramping up my steps, so I'm going to just finish out the week (about 10, 600 steps today and tomorrow) to reach my goal. Next week I'll have to get 12,000 per day since I committed to that, but then the following week, I'll slow it back down! :) As typical I was over confident and will need to take a breath and understand my limitations!

    Today we have NOTHING going on, so here's my plan for today:

    1. Make bed- put grounding mat back on. Scott put the clean sheets on last night, but didn't put that on, so I'll take care of it today
    2. 10 pushups, 15 min Hippogriff workout, 30 side kicks, Youtube video
    3. clean personal desk
    4. clean office desk
    5. clean in front of dresser
    6. clean in front of mirror
    7. vacuum office

    Fun stuff:

    1. Go to Buff City Soap and get more laundry soap
    2. Costco
    3. Bake both chickens in the morning, get bones going for broth

    what is a Hippogriff workout? And what is a grounding mat? My husband has always been a bad sleeper. We’ve been married 53 years and I don’t think he has ever slept more than five or rarely six hours. I, on the other hand, am a professional sleeper.


    Still doing baby steps here. I forgot to shine my sink last night so I did it this morning. Does that count? Put in a load of laundry. Going to tackle boxes we still havent unpacked from our move for my big activity today. Lunch will be bacon and eggs and homemade sourdough toast. Not exactly diet food but I am shamelessly feeling no guilt.

    When I look at your bingo cards, I feel like the laziest person in the world. I can not tell you how much time I wasted reading library books or knitting in order to get out of cleaning or exercise. You inspire me to do better.

    Hi @titus2cat ! @mkksemail and I are doing an 8 week Harry Potter challenge and today I need to do a workout inspired by a Hippogriff! I found this workout should work as it's explosive and strong like a Hippogriff! https://darebee.com/workouts/fire-and-fury-workout.html

    There seem to be many benefits to grounding- having your skin touch the earth- but I am a wuss and won't do it if it's too cold! So I got a grounding mat that goes over my bed that my legs can touch at night and gives similar benefits. Since starting to use it, my sleep score has gone from 73's to 83+, which is a major improvement in my book considering that's the only thing I've changed!     Well, look at our bingo cards, but realize it takes us a while to get them done, too! :) You can do it!!! If you like reading and knitting, then put that on your card- Knit 1 hour 3 days a week, and put exercise on there too! I will be after next week to keep my momentum going when the challenge is complete.

    I'm freezing, so I'm going to grab a shower and warm up before we go do some shopping! :)

    I know it's not morning, but … oh well. Cat you sleep like my husband and I sleep like your husband! πŸ˜„

    The Bingo cards are out of control (mine, I mean). I didn't do anything for 3 weeks, and now I have a pile of *kitten* to finish by next week, bc our Hogwarts challenge ends next week. Plus, you know, stuff non-Hogwartian that I let pile up. πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ If I'd been FLYing and Babystepping like you, I wouldn't have had all those LOLs (Loads of Laundry) on there!

    I think Jenny was getting exasperated with me not doing my bathroom shelves, so she suggested the Bingo game ;-). She's a good egg. It worked, as far as getting me off my tush and catching up with some stuff. But if you pay close attention, you'll see I haven't crossed off any of the Wild Cards, or Clean-up Cards yet :p. Those also came from our Hogwarts challenge. There's a Fitness Deck Card Game, where you draw 8 cards per week, and finish 7 of them. I loaded up on Wild Cards and Cleanup Cards for Weeks 6 and 7, thinking that'd kick my rear and get me to do the bathroom shelves … but I let them pile up too πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ™„

    Anyway! next week I'll have no choice but to make my peace with those damn cards, and get the done. 🀣

    In a nutshell, you're right to be impressed by Jennywren's cards, but not mine! Mine are just evidence of the roaring hot spots engulfing all my rooms!

    NEVER Exasperated! Just trying to help you focus! :) Truth be told, I was getting exasperated with myself for not following through! :) I was decent with getting most of the bedroom clean (Scott has to help with the rest-it's all his stuff and I respect him enough not to get rid of his things), but if you notice my daily tasks didn't get touched! :/ There's always next week! You figured out how to do Spoilers!!!!

    We are home from shopping, trying to get some prepping done and get everything put away before I start on my exercise! :) HOW is it already 3:30!!!! I have chicken wings in the oven because the pitiful wings we got the other night were so disappointing and I was SO MAD we spent $35 on those things! Got them at Zaxby's. 10 wings weighed just over 8 oz. for $15!!!! I currently have 3.2 pounds (raw) in the oven for a total of $7.64! That's more than double (24 wings, we had gotten 2 orders of 10 for $35 the other night) what we got for a QUARTER of the price!!!

    I'm cubing up the cubed steak (stew beef) because I like it in smaller bites when I cook it. LOL

    😍 So sweet !

    Just back from Planet Fitness, got in a 5.03 mi bike ride. A Bingo square, but not a Sirius Task, unfortunately !

    Roasting cauliflower and avocado, spiced with black pepper, red pepper flakes, smoked paprika, thyme, and olive oil, to have with a side serving of almonds, and (cold) rotisserie chicken breast topped with salsa on. Getting in my rainbow veggie (white) and rainbow fruit (green) tho, for Classroom 7A, so that's another Bingo Square done!
