So long, January—Hello, Firmer February!

January was a whirlwind of emotions. I kicked off the year with big goals, but between stress, grief, and exhaustion, staying consistent felt like climbing a mountain covered in ice. Some days, I was just holding on, and sticking to my diet and new routines felt impossible.

But I’ve learned that progress isn’t about perfection—it’s about showing up, doing the work, and never giving up. Even on the toughest days, I pushed through, knowing that every small effort counts. In the past, I’ve let rough months throw me off track, but not this time! This journey is bigger than one tough month.

Emotionally, it wasn’t easy, but it also wasn’t a total fail. I LOST 5.3 LBS, 5.6 INCHES, 0.5% BODY FAT and GAINED 0.9% MUSCLE.

Now, I’m resetting and stepping into a Firmer February with fresh energy, renewed focus, and a stronger mindset. This month is all about building strength—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Small, consistent steps lead to big, lasting results, and I’m ready to make every single one count!

Hydration & Fueling Right: 12-16 cups 💦 + calorie & carb cycling
Move More: Increase NEAT & LISS activity (aiming for 8,000 steps daily)
Strength Train to FAILURE: Push muscles to fatigue for real gains!
Prioritize Sleep & Recovery: Progress happens when we rest!
