It’s been a full week without sweets/snacking after dinner, so I’m happy to see a positive result. My sleep hasn’t improved, sadly, but giving up the sugar hasn’t been as horrible as I thought it would be (most of the time lol), and I’m going to keep it up.

my weights not dropping but also not increasing, just hovering around the same 1-2 lb range. i'm deep into half marathon training so feeling a bit hungrier from all the running. i'm eating extra food and haven't been strict on tracking, but also haven't been binging on anything which is a positive change for me. i'm glad the time is springing forward because this helps with my mood. going to do my costco run today, excited for what veggies or fruit i will find!

Hi…hope you’re all having a good week. I’m on the struggle bus this week…been sick and in pain all week. Missed work on Wednesday and slept most of the day. Have been trying to read and keep up with posts but by the time I get home I have to lie down. This just sucks royally.

I went to a pilates group lesson yesterday and it kicked my butt so bad. I enjoyed most of the things we did, but there was also a part with 3 different squats and that was horrible. I couldn't keep up and felt like a whale on land most of the time. I was too sore (like, everywhere) to go to the gym today for my regular schedule, but maybe I can go tomorrow. I always do my best not to compare, but I was the youngest (and also the fattest!) there by probably 15 years and I suspect I did the worst. I might go back to it in the future, but I think I want to be in shape a little more so I will stick to my personal gym schedule for now and let the group lessons be.

when you copy/paste for whatever reason it will add a double space between each line sometimes. Ack...I've been struggling with nutrition, sleep and exercise these past few weeks!! I'm feeling tired and not motivated to move or to stay away from unhealthy food.
I'm looking forward to the time change and taking a small trip to NYC next week. Hoping that boosts things for me.

@Krysless2 I can honestly say I have never used the Center command. 🙃. I HAVE noticed that if you hit the return key it adds the double space, but if you hit the end of the row and it moves automatically to the next line it does not. Just one more thing to get used to before it changes again. 😁

I’ve had a rough couple weeks. I knew my birthday would be hard with my moms passing, however it was so much worse then I expected. I made lots of plans to keep busy and went out to eat to celebrate 3 days in a row with different people. It was really hard to enjoy myself, I was definitely just going through the motions. I’m feeling better now and I am grateful to have gone out to celebrate. Looking back I feel it would have been much worse for me if I didn’t make the plans.8 -

Ugh disappointed to gain 2 pounds in a week.Thats what happens when you don't log your food & find some leftover sweets from Christmas in the cupboard !!! Plus my son brought home 2 huge chocolate croissants that were on the sell buy date & just had to be eaten 😆

@Pupowl Actually, the only thing that went RIGHT for the week, was my food. My struggle bus comment was due to being sick and in pain all week. Both of those things probably HELPED me to stay on track, but with the swelling, it makes it hard to see progress, so I've been really down about it. I just want all of this to stop so I can get on with life. I'm tired of hurting.
Sorry you're having a rough time. I hope things turn around quickly for both of us!

This past week was jury duty, I have trouble adjusting when my routine changes. We are now over 11 hours of daylight 🌞, got in a few outdoor walks.
I am not really a pop person, if I have some it would probably be Fresca or Ginger Ale, but I did look and saw a variety of Dr Pepper including some blackberry.Thanks for the posting tips @Pupowl & @Krysless2
