Hello Shifters. How's everyone's week going? My diet has been pretty good, I meal prepped Saturday for my work week. I made 2 meals of Zucchini boats with turkey burger and spaghetti sauce, and 3 meals of spaghetti squash with chicken and alfredo. Ate a lot of yogurt with fruit.
I haven't lost much weight but I am starting to see a diffrence in my body, I am starting to get loose skin on my stomach, and co workers mentioned being able to see a difference.
