Hello Shape Shifters. Another morning walk, though this one was super slow. My head felt very stuffy, I couldn't get enough air and the walk was utterly exhausting. I can normally do this walk in like 43 minutes and this morning it took me 55. I did take some pictures of mushrooms, but not 10+ minutes worth. I guess the cold/flu has truly kicked in now. Going from one thing to the next, I hate it. Felt miserable all day, took 5 pills, did not help whatsoever. I managed to drag my butt to the gym, though it took a LOT for me to do that. I also adjusted my workout a little bit because I had no energy. Better than nothing I guess. If I still feel this bad tomorrow morning, I am staying home. I am done pushing through pain and illness. It will mean failing 75 hard, but I honestly can't bring myself to care. It helps that it is only day 10 I guess, but let's see how tomorrow goes. Good night 💚

Another bad week. Didn't really eat terribly but was so busy that we ate out 3 times, something we almost never do. Also didn't workout at all aside from steps.
BBut Its a new week, worked out this morning, went shopping and bought healthy foods and things to meal prep, so this should be a better week

Hello Shape Shifters. I ended up failing 75 hard today. In hindsight, I think it was dumb of me to push through for the past 6 days. I should have just quit on Monday already when the nerve pain got so bad. Especially since it was still so early in the challenge anyway, who cares. So yeah, today I did absolutely nothing. I slept a lot, I ate a lot and Tinus had a lot of laptime. Not sure when I will restart yet, but hope it won't take too long. Good night 💜
