It's been a really long time since I've posted in here, but I'm glad you guys kept my original thread going!!
Just checking in to let you know that I have been binge/purge free since August 31, 2012.
It is possible to overcome the binge!!!!!! So proud of all of you0 -
i had a small binge this week, though now that I'm eating better and more mindful, it wasn't as out of control as it could have been ;-) thanks for the support!0

I'm eating treats more often but not letting them turn into binges..however I still think I'm going over my calorie goal. I can't tell what's worse: eating over my calorie goal a little every day..or going WAY over a couple times a week & being under the rest. Hmmm..0 -

Strangely, I'm not TOO horrified by these numbers. I'm logging it all and accepting it and starting over every morning. That said, last week was horrible, maybe this week will be better :-)0 -

Getting it done. Intense workout yesterday and low calories. Making up for it today in a healthy way.0
