My legs are tired because I have run 19 miles in the last 3 days, but today there is one more run on the schedule. Tomorrow they get a break and have boot camp instead.

Lets keep the momentum DOLPHINS! When you are tired, don't feel like it, get out there and burn those pesky calories!!!

I will report everything I've done this week later this evening, but I was wondering, I my race that started on Saturday night didn't finish until 1:30AM on Sunday. Can I count 90 minutes for Sunday or is that cheating?

I want to keep you all updated, this might be my final week as a dolphin. I absolutely love this challenge, but a combination of crazy time at school and a small injury are holding me back. I did something last Thursday to my left hip and I ignored it to finish my race, but when I try to run now it feels miserable. I more than doubled my miles between September and October, fully knowing that it was to much, but I had to get the distance in before the race. Now my body is demanding a little rest. That being said, I am trying to finish this week strong through other, less strenuous workouts, it just isn't looking too good.

I need to burn 2,140 calories

    Sunday:
Absolutely nothing but lots of stretching. I could hardly move by the end of the day.

    Monday:
    7 minutes stretching
speed training 32 minutes 308 calories. (it was supposed to be 60 minutes, I couldn't get through the whole thing.)
    swimming 15 minutes 120 calories.
    no reps
    short 6 minute HIIT

    Tuesday:
    7 minute stretching
Obstacle training 34 minutes 309 calories. (I always start with a warm up run, this was more like a warm up stumble I was limping so bad.)
    Yoga 30 minutes 101 calories.
I did my HIIT with my team today. It wasn't structured to 1 min/30 sec intervals, but it lasted around 15 minutes. They do all sorts of stuff.
    No reps again.
