What a frantic Friday. I haven't been home all day. Getting ready to get my workout in. Will post in the morning likely. Hope you all have had a fantastic day. Have a great weekend and stay safe.0

Have a SUPER SATURDAY Dolphins!!!
I am NOT going to do ANY workout today. I have been pushing it all week & my husband keeps saying "you know what the Dr's say!"
I lost another 2 pounds!!!! 146.5 (that's 18 pounds in 12 weeks) thank you Sheri!!!!0 -
Been bad about posting, here is the rest of my week:
Wednesday
36 minutes running (do I get extra points because it was -5?) 330 calories plus 105 minutes hiking my mothers sleigh trails removing trees that have fallen because of the ice.... Another 660 calories
Stretching on my new foam roller.
Thursday
60 minutes running 550 calories
Lots of stretching because everything HURTS from chopping ice and shoveling snow!
Friday
37 minutes running 335 calories
Did days 25, 29 30 from the chart
20 minutes stretching, plus after my run
Weight 135!!!0 -
Thur Dec 26
Workout - 105 min / 490 calories -
Stretching - 5 min
Ab/Squat - day 29 done
Plan for going over. Hiit for at least 10 min - Haven't had to do yet.

It's the FINAL countdown. as the song plays in my head...
It has been an awesome 13 weeks & I reached two of my personal goals. I'm in the top (along with you!) & I lost more than the 15 pounds that I wanted to. I ate LOW sugar for 13 weeks & I now KNOW that it is what makes me gain weight even when I figure it into my daily calories so I MUST keep eating NO or LOW sugar to stay this way!!!
I REALLY want a DOLPHIN to be #1 so let's ROCK this week!!!0 -
Well I can't believe here we are the final week already. I also can't believe I made it this far. Especially since I thought I was out and done before it even really started. Been dealing with this 'problem' and while it hasn't gotten the best of me yet it has made things interesting. I wish I could say my weight was going the right way. It isn't. :sad: I am seeing more definition so I hope it is the old muscle weigh more then fat thing.
Great Job Dolphins. This wasn't an easy challenge. Sheri really made us work for it this time. Let's finish strong!!!0 -

Well Dolphins our 13 week challenge has reached its end. Its been another amazing journey with you all. While I personally didn't reach all my goals for this time around i still feel like I accomplished something good for myself.
We all had issues that came up and struggles along the way. It was great and encouraging to see how everyone kept giving it their all. I look forward to Sheri next torturous challenge, I mean challenge :laugh: Hopefully we will all be dolphins again. Until next time may you keep reaching your goals.
