I know I am behind, being sick doesn't help. Had diarrhea 4-5X per hour all day yesterday, try to add crunches in there, there is no way. I am so happy I went to enjoy some sunlight with my dog for a long walk in the morning when I am slightly better than last night. Will try to catch up with the calorie burn and reps tonight unless I am not better.

Ugh...I hope everyone feels better. This season is already kicking our arses. Day 2 of antibiotics and I am eyeing my lab benches wondering if I can stretch out and take a nap. Oh yeah and its only 6am....how am I going to make it all day? Running felt great yesterday but I think it set me back a little. All the other sick people need to take it easy so that you get over it faster and we can start to kick some butt.

I had to whiel cooking tea, fill my diary to make sure not too go over the sodium so I only had one sausage with my tea and less beans, I couldn't really be bothered in all honesty to cook a proper meal as I got drenched on my walk which was meant to be my 90 but cut it short as my feet were squidgy and I could feel them rubbing and didn't want to get a blister - which is not good thing to have for my trail race on Saturday - good news though my bid / info came today number 57

Just think about it--a chewy, warm, fresh-out-of-the-oven chocolate brownie topped with some vanilla ice cream. Yum! :noway: Then, gasp, all of that gooey deliciousness topped with some hot fudge sauce. Mmm mmmm. The cherries and whipped cream are optional because by then you've blown your whole calorie allotment for the day!

@ Gillian, it wasn't me who has the cold - that was midwestgirlz PM I copied in for her stats... but do hope that you both start to feel better soon, I had a cold leading upt to the start of the challenge ... not nice and it's the season for them, so I'll most likely get another sooner or later0 -

I literally have this sort of terrain on my door step, we have woods a cross from us and me and my daughter went exploring - I came back so happy and she loved it, shame my sons teacher wasn't on strike (they at the same school, hers was) so I'll take them out on Saturday and maybe go for a longer one
ETA - I'll take pics of the trail and post them at the weekend!!! It maybe wet in the UK but we do have some beautiful landscapes0 -
