Mini freakout's happen. You can do it. Carry on!!!
I found month 3 honestly the hardest- month 4 into 5 was SUPER strong but 3 into 4 was REALLY hard- and again- I'm starting to feel the pinch of clothes- the tightness of my muscles- and just the general discomfort and bitterness of bulking. But month 4 into 5 has always been solid and makes me happy.

Hi—this is my first post, my first bulk, and I’m new to weight training. I’m all over the place.
1. Stats: Female, 5’7”, 55 YO. Started bulk in December 2018 at 133ish. BF% was around 14%. Current weight is 138ish.
2. Bulk goal weight: changes daily. Hourly. I want 7 lbs of lean mass, so probably 10-12 lbs.
3. Maintenance calories: 1900-2100
4. Bulk calories: 2500
5. Bulk goal duration. August (9 months). Or, tomorrow. 🤗🤗🤗
6. Lifting program. 3x5 with some extras and I’m still doing cardio because I’m hard headed.
7. My goal is to get stronger and build muscle mass for better aging and to stave off some of the age/body composition related health issues.
