    Week 1 15 miles
    10 outside
    2 miles with Leslie
    3 fast miles with Leslie

    Week 2 15 miles all outside and 10 of them in last 2 days as biz trip one gave lots of opportunity round the town

    week 3 12 miles outside and 3 fast miles with Leslie
    also spent about 8 hours walking round a trade show over last 2 days but did not raise a sweat so not counting that!

    surreyhills - That is fantastic that you were on your feet all day and didn't break a sweat! Recently when I was walking fast through a mall with a heavy coat and clothes and I didn't get winded, didn't get hot and I didn't sweat at all. That is such a big deal for me because I can recall how uncomfortable I used to be. :)

    Thank you rainbow when I first started walking 15 months ago I would do a mile In 25 minutes to postbox and back and I would be hot and sweaty and take ages to recover. Now its hard to remember how hard that was!

    No problem! I find it so amazing how the human body can adapt to exercise if you stay consistent in working out. How long does it take for you to get to the postbox (or walk a mile) now?
