@ surreyhills - is your total now 17.6?
@ speedy - so sorry work has to get in the way of exercise. I hate that!
And now for statistics Sunday (ok so I didn't update on Saturday - Dave kept beating me to it LOL):
160 people have joined the December challenge. This includes 34 newbies.
1 person has made goal! That's our longtime @ss mover vhuber (37 MYACs, which is all but 1:flowerforyou: ). She's going to be out of commission later this month so getting it in early.
37 people are on track in the festive lime green. :drinker:
23 people haven't moved at all - I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt since it's early in the month. Normally they get a grumbly face.
We've moved an average of 3.27 miles per person per day, which is a record (but the month's not over so we'll have to see if we can keep it up)
I've taken a couple of rest days after my back to back long runs last week, but I'm going to get moving again later today. Just a question of whether I get outside since the cold weather the rest of the country has been suffering through has finally made it to the east coast. Happy @ss moving friends!

Speedy, loving your jpegs. Work is annoying when it gets in the way. I do 7P-7A shifts and when two or more are back to back, I don't get out and move - and get mad at myself, but after some shifts it's all I can do to climb up the stairs to my room.
Today's shorter than normal walk in the freezing rain 2.4 miles.

As always, my apologies for not checking in sooner. I don't spend a lot of time on my computer - at least that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it0 -

@texerus - Hooray for passing your physical!
@dcmat - Hooray for being back on your bike!
@Raasy - Hooray for the Diva 5k
@Sandywerts - Hooray for running even though injured (ouch!)
I ended up doing my 3 miler on the treadmill. Didn't want to slip on any ice. Glad for that decision because it was snowing by the time I finished.
