    Got another walk / jog in yesterday....actually. It was week 3, workout 2 of my couch to 5k program....love that app!

    Ok I've been absent for a while but I am back!! Going to set myself a small target of 40 miles for the month to ease myself back into it. Hopefully I ill make it and can increase it next month. I did 4.3 on Sunday.

    1 mile this morning! Bit of a slow start to the month, but I'm watching my parents dogs for a few days, going to try to do a mile in the morning and a mile in the evening with her!

    I'm thinking I'm going to have to get in some longer runs on the weekends to make up for short weeknight runs...it is too cold and too dark to run more than 2-3 miles!

    Good thing you guys sent me a message. Didn't realize we went group. So! In for 50 this month, and already have some done so ticker reflects goal and miles completed so far.

    The only moving I did yesterday was boxes up and down stairs helping my in-laws move. Today, the winter storm moves in, may not get any moving in today or tomorrow either!

    This was the first month as a new Group! :smile: Love the profile pic too, btw. I had an English Bulldog as a kid. Loved that gassy, drooly beast. :)
