Well, I'm still falling behind:grumble: ... can't make it to the gym today. I had to clean the barn this morning, plus, we should be getting some pretty cold weather starting tomorrow, all the way to Sunday (3.2F to -4F):huh: , and apparently (they are usually wrong- we usually get more), about 12 inches of snow over the weekend:indifferent: , so I have to make sure that the hens, horses, and rabbit will be comfortable enough in the barn during the night with all that nasty weather coming our way :ohwell: .
Did manage a pretty good burn, and I'm almost at 4 walking miles today for now.:drinker: Will update today's mileage tomorrow morning.
I'm adding 3.4 walking for yesterday.

I'm happy to see that many of us are doing very well this month. :drinker: It's always feels good to find out we can do more than we expected. :drinker: And I agree.......it is never bad to cheer for yourself. :happy: You should ALWAYS celebrate your successes. :happy: After all, most of us are far too good at beating ourselves up when we aren't successful. :grumble:
And, if you are struggling, please, please, please don't be too hard on yourself. You can do better tomorrow or the next day. Getting up and moving more is something we all have to do every day. Not just once or twice, but regularly. And, if we are honest, all of us have days we just don't want to move. :grumble: Or, can't move because of injury or illness or other circumstances. :sad: So do what you can for yourself. If that's just a few more steps today than yesterday, that is still progress and you should celebrate that. :happy: And if you know you can do better, keep at it and you will do better. Just don't quit!
