    I've been really busy helping family that in 9 days I've only been able to run twice for my couch to 5k, I had my goal at 60 miles but honestly I feel like I'm more likely to get 45 miles, so that's my new goal.

    12/9 - 2.25 miles
    Total - 4.7/ 45 miles

    Had to use an exercise trainer today to get any mileage to even walk outdoors now. I wanna ride my bike. Maybe tomorrow, supposed to warm up some.

    12/08 - 3.5 miles walking
    12/09 - 2.0 miles walkfit

    Did a short shake down ride today. Race day tomorrow so needed to get used to racing bike again.
    Wish me luck! Florida State Time Trials 5K and 10K - I am going to MOVE!(for the @Ss movers!)

    so I went spinning this morning and then tried riding my bike after work. I only got 8 more miles. My thighs are all crampy. Hubby says that I didn't hydrate enough. I really thought that I would be able to do 20 more this afternoon. I knew I pushed hard in spinning but I didn't think I would be spent! I don't think I will be going on my ride tomorrow morning.

    Light dusting of snow here today. The first of the year for our area. The U.S. is getting pounded and I guess sooner or later it will make its way up the coast to Nova Scotia. I'm not looking forward to it.

    It isn't either! Where else do you get your motivation and will power. Ever hear of self-defeat? It is the same principle.
    Hurrah for making your 1/3rd. It's fantastic. And we are only 25% finished with the challenge so you are rocking.

    Got in my T25 workout plus 2.57 run on the TM today! Our weather was WHITE OUT conditions & we drove 90 miles in it for my husbands Dr. appointment! I know call me crazy!:noway:

    I'm happy to see that many of us are doing very well this month. :drinker: It's always feels good to find out we can do more than we expected. :drinker: And I agree.......it is never bad to cheer for yourself. :happy: You should ALWAYS celebrate your successes. :happy: After all, most of us are far too good at beating ourselves up when we aren't successful. :grumble:
    And, if you are struggling, please, please, please don't be too hard on yourself. :wink: You can do better tomorrow or the next day. :smile: Getting up and moving more is something we all have to do every day. Not just once or twice, but regularly. And, if we are honest, all of us have days we just don't want to move. :grumble: Or, can't move because of injury or illness or other circumstances. :sad: So do what you can for yourself. :smile: If that's just a few more steps today than yesterday, that is still progress and you should celebrate that. :happy: And if you know you can do better, keep at it and you will do better. Just don't quit!

    OK for the record, there are days I need to read what I just wrote and accept it. I am much better at beating myself up then building myself up. :blushing: Gotta work on that. :wink:
