Can anyone suggest a good DVD for martial arts/ combat type workout? I have one old Billy Blanks Tae Bo and P90X Kenpo, Either of those apply?0

Yes. And they both have strength and cardio. I have links to a few free online videos like that on the challenges (Walking Dead threads for each team). And of course YouTube has a bunch more.
