A fellow burpee lover. I do a full on version. I call them burpees on steroids. First you do the squat thrust, then a jumping Jack with your legs only, triceps pushup, then hop back up, and jump up and slap your thighs. The Jack is actually fun.
But I do not suppose to many people like burpees like we do. I remember my first....like it was yesterday...kidding..:bigsmile:

Mika and Lizzie decided that our punishment exercises is 50 Burpees. You don't have to do them all at once, split them up over the week and include them in your totals when you send them to me or you can't be credited for strength training this week.0

Oh, and MVPs are always exempt from punishment, unless they want to do them and donate to a Burpee deprived teammate.0

Mika and Lizzie decided that our punishment exercises is 50 Burpees. You don't have to do them all at once, split them up over the week and include them in your totals when you send them to me or you can't be credited for strength training this week.

Knocked out half the burpees (on steroids) today!
Right now I'm at:
160/250 cardio
41/90 strength
25/50 burpees
And I've been under calories all week.0 -

Add them, them and mountain climbers really improved my lung capacity. And the leg Jack is actually fun. Makes me smile that I can do them. Walkers!!!!!!!!!!!! Time to stomp zombie butt.

Sounds like everyone is having a great week! I am stoked to see the show tomorrow. 50/50 burpees --- haha I did them at work when no one was in the office

Kudos to those who went OVER the cardio minutes. I am hoping to, at least once this challenge, hit the minimum cardio minutes. I am not a huge fan of cardio, and do the least I can possible do. Now, lifting on the other hand, I absolutely LOVE to lift.

I have it a little bit easier to get in cardio with client walking programs at work and not having a car. :laugh: But I try to get in harder stuff when I have the time.0 -

If you can't access the video, it is 4 minutes of regular squats, but holding in the squat position for a full 3 seconds before rising and squatting again.0 -

Cindy, I have a couple of questions. First it says this weeks cardio is 220 min then at the bottom it says to send to you our totals out of 250. Is it supposed to be 250? Second, the bow and arrows, is it 10 minutes total or 10 minutes per day?0
