I like kick boxing. I hear of a lot of good work out type videos on youtube. Need to start checking those out!

My goals are as follows;
1. Get my Dr's off my back and get back down to 130
2. Look / feel better
3. Be able to wear my Civil War Dresses and be able to go back on the field with the soldiers and be their Ice Angel.0 -

My baby steps are to stay active and eat healthier, and NOT to GIVE UP! I am taking one day at a time.

My goals are:
To have more energy and better self-esteem
To feel sexy in my own skin
To be an inspiration to other people on their journey
To eliminate annoying aches and pains that appear when I'm overly sedentary or eat junk food

My goal is to swim 300 miles this year. So far YTD = 223 miles 8-12-14.0
