Have been up and out everyday since forever with the dog before 6am...this morning we were out the door at 5.35 for 45 minutes0

week5 run 2 run has been completed! 8 mins straight was tough going but I did it!!
Also decided that foam roller is my new best friend, don't ache half as much using that after my run this morning!0 -

Normally I do strength training on a Tuesday and Thursday but I'm a bit concerned about my lower back so I've given it a miss this week and just sticking to a run on the other 3 days. Will be up again tomorrow!!0

Another swim for me this morning, Used the hand paddles for a change and can really feel it in my chest. Seems to going well this week,

Two and half mile run, and ripped in 30 dvd done...all so I can lay on my sofa in my lounge pants this eve.....what happened to going out????

Another nice swim for me makes 5 in a row for this week plus a couple of runs in the evening as well.
As for fasting, its no from me tend trying to lose weight so need to put back 50-70% of exercise calories.0 -

In the gym at 6am as usual. Actually got there too early as the gym wasn't even open yet!

woke up with alarm at 6 and finally dragged weary backside out for a run at 6:30...aiming to do this twice more this week.0

6.30 in the gym - stronglifts and now on 67.5kg for Squats & Deadlifts......still stuck on the Overhead press at 30kg failing on the very last rep :sad: , then did some random kettlebells stuff, swings, clean and lifts and turkish getups with a 16kg....I am actually quite impressed with myself!!0

Have to say when the sun is up and the blue sky morning, doing exercise first thing is actually quite nice, i just swim in the mornings and it leaves the evening free for a run or if the weather is nice Bike ride.0

I still keep waking up at 5.30 but I just daren't do anything just yet. although I might try going for a walk tomorrow morning. Can't hurt myself more going for a walk right?!0
