    Not off the to the best of starts over the weekend. Saturday would have been my dad's birthday, I was sick with a cold, work has been crazy, and it was ttotm...so yeah, made some cookies, ate some cookies, was quite red.
    Had a better day today and got in 45 min on the treadmill.

    @Everyone - I'm not sure our documents explaining our "rules" mention the Chevy rule by name. I don't think we're ever gonna break the ol' timers of calling it that, but really those of us that remember Chevy are in the minority at this point.

    Hey y'all!! I'm late joining this month (and just posted the final days of February too!) because of a stressful overnight trip last weekend and then a sick child over the last couple of days. I'm ready for some normal! Especially since March has gotten off to a bad start.

    It's Fat Tuesday and I was 1 calorie over my limit today. I expected to be further over. I guess changing my life style instead of dieting made overeating to be overeating seem very unappealing today.

    I started off my day with a donut and ended it with a pancake breakfast. I am fighting a cold, but I think today was pretty successful since I did so much walking and an evening workout.

    I have no idea how much I went over today. Hubby took me to lunch and we had Chicken Fajitaladas with papas and refried beans. Of course we had chips and hot sauce too! Then of course because I blew it at lunch I thought I might as well make a day of it and blew it at dinner also! Thank the Lord that tomorrow will be a new day!

    I'm thinking of joining Curves for Women. Do any of you have any thoughts on that? Good idea or not?
