    My hubby's birthday was on the 27th and then one of my son's on the 30th. I cooked the meals and the cakes so of course I joined in on the eating!
    Also very worried about my oldest son and I eat when I'm stressed. (Please add him to your prayers. His name is Nathan) I've got to learn how to handle stress without eating! :grumble:

    It has been a rough week in so many ways. I'm just going to keep at it and be thankful April is a new month!

    Congrats to everyone on the March challenge! I did not meet my Green goal, but did meet my Blue one (well, I will by the time the day is done).

    I am going to take the month of April off. I have played a bit with my daily goal number and want to see what happens if I stay within a range, not under a specific number of calories and also want to focus on hitting my macros (I have been eating ketogenic, LCHF for 1.5+ year but have been getting a bit lax with it lately).

    NSV - completed 4 weeks of t25 workout. Today was the beginning of week 5. This is the longest I have ever stuck with an at home workout.

    Didn't make my goal but I think I did well overall. Better than last month :)

    It's been a busy end of month. Lots of things going on. Haven't done a weigh in in over a week- but I feel really good, and have been making gains in my lifting. Two NSV this week- wedding ring is a little looser & able to cross my legs easier now.

    My goal was 24 Green days and I achieved 25. I'll probably stick with the same amount for April because it definitely is a challenge for me to stick to it!
    I also can't believe I've moved 155 miles this month in the "Move Your @SS" challenge. No wonder I'm tired tonight!

    Well it is the end of March. We wish a fond farewell to those that will not be joining us in April and hope to see you on a future challenge. I hope to see many of you in our April group as we attempt to squeeze Easter basket goodies into our calories and stay green. :love:
