I seem to be knocking the miles out - Since I've revised my fitbit total to 15k - I cycle when I think I won't hit my target!!! It's the only way to restore the projected 'burn'!!
I have been diligently doing soleus stretches twice daily - and I'm moving to a place where some days there seems to be little difference in how the two calves feel. I think this means it's working and I may be able to risk running soon. That feels like I'm tempting fate!!

Adding 35 miles for today. The wind was pretty strong today which slowed me down quite a bit but it was still nice to get out in the sun. I was questioning my sanity when the wind almost took me off the road, but I decided insane people don't question their sanity so I must be OK. :laugh: :laugh: 134 out of 400.
