I haven't updated in forever but I am here to update now!
MTD: 136.45 miles
GOAL: 120 miles!
That's right! I beat my goal! This is only my first month doing this so I wasn't so sure how many miles I should aim for but I'm happy that I've made my goal...I'll definitely have to "up" my goal next month.0 -
This is an amazingly positive, non-judgemental and supportive group that celebrates movement - any movement. If you want it, what seems like informed advice is available too - advice that I've always found to be sound. That's why it's such a joy to be part of it.

Remaining: 5.01
It looks like I may just sneak under the radar and achieve my target. JUST.

And - got up before 6:00 AM today and got a 3 mile walk in

5 miles added on Saturday and 6.8 miles yesterday!
Not sure if I am going to make my goal in the next few days, but overall very pleased with the successful race that I had on Saturday! If the weather holds up I will try to add some biking and see if I can at least get close to my goal!
