    I did it! I got in a 3.5 mile run (even on the hills in my neighborhood!!!) + .25 miles of walking warm up / cool down, for a total of 3.75 added today.

    5.1 mile - ran the first (got interrupted stopping to pet the neighbor's mini dachshund who was running to me faster than I was running0, then walked the rest since my hip is hurting a bit. Gorgeous day out, I love the wind.

    Half marathon this morning (and a PR!) together with miles over the past couple days has me up to 76. I don't think I"ll up my goal because I'm going to be away for the next week and not sure how much moving I can do. If I do log miles they'll just have to be bonus miles.

    Got 20.1 miles in on the bike.

    Going to try a 3.5 mile run tomorrow - it will be my longest one of the year so far... I think I'm going to try to go to a flat neighborhood since I live in hill-central.

    HKRISTINE1 - Good luck on your run! Hope it goes well. Know what you mean about the hills. Pretty much any direction I go from my place I have to tackle hills. I live in a river valley. :) OH, just saw your post that you finished...and with* the hills! Great job!! :drinker:

    Wow, I took my bike ride at 9:30 in the morning. I never do that. Well I liked it!

    Saturday temperatures cool and lots of wind. Rode stationary bike and walked in the meadow for 6.67 miles.
    May total so far = 56.49.

    I seem to be running out of enthusiasm for exercise and calorie watching. The result of following new VEGAN eating plan for 12 weeks is straying BELOW the calorie goal with exercise added in, but usually not below the regular goal. So far I have not experienced "starvation mode" and am still losing about 1.5 lbs. per week. I'll be happy with that!

    adding 16 miles for 314 out of 400. I almost didn't get this one in. I had it planned for 6 AM but we were doing a C-Section at 6 AM so I had to sneak it in before the sun went down tonight. 10 healthy lab puppies. :bigsmile: :bigsmile:
