Wow I can't believe I haven't updated since Friday morning. :noway: Yes, I know this is great for her, and yes, I know she will be just fine, but man. it is really scary to send her off that far. :sad: We've already heard from her, and apart from understandable nervousness, she is doing well. Tomorrow she finds out when her interviews are, so we'll see how that goes for her.We took my 20 year old to the airport early Saturday to send her off to Ireland for an 8 week long internship.
Added 17.5 walking miles and 12 biking miles since Friday. Talked Hubby into the Little Miami Bike Trail on his day off today. A little warm, but otherwise a great day for a ride. :bigsmile: :bigsmile:

Another fun day in the school sprinklers! Then I walked down to the high school and they had their sprinklers on, too...couldn't resist!! And it made the walk home pretty nice!

I should get to bed soon so I can get my beauty sleep and be photogenic for the camera.
And thanks everyone for the well-wishes. Right now I can't wait to sink my teeth back into some real food. It's been three days now since I've had anything of any real substance.

Hard workout at the athletic club, then a quiet lunch and soulful talk with my son, enjoying the 80 degrees and breeze on the porch, finally a walk through the meadow to recover the trash can out at the street. The scent of the lilacs reached out and slammed me on the driveway. Altogether a lovely morning and afternoon!
Added 5.07 miles.
May total so far = 94.11, past GOAL with enough more days left in May that I should be able to get to 100!
