            @ Dean, you know you're just showing your age when you admit you know why Dave can't eat don't you? :laugh: I, of course, have no idea what you two are talking about, being much too young for that sort of thing. 
 Somehow I walked 7 miles today. Not my normal routine - had to get up extra early to do an errand, and then some more errands, and somehow when I finally sat down I realized how far I had walked. Together with some miles from the weekend I'm now at 89. I might just make my usual 100 miles in spite of the crazy month I've had.

 Well folks, done with the doctor visit and the news was good. A clean bill of health. Said he doesn't need to see me again for another 10 years. Thankfully. :laugh: I have never* enjoyed a cheeseburger (a Jucy Lucy at that) and fries any greater than I did today after what my diet had to be the last three days. :bigsmile:

 3.2 mile walk/run. Finally did a mile after letting my sore hip rest and got a new personal best of 10:39. Go figure. Massage appt in an hour - the therapist will have her work cut out for her.

 And still going strong to finish out the week. :laugh: All walking miles, but I can *see* the bike under all of the furniture. We're on the home stretch to get the bathroom finished with the plumber coming today and the electrician tomorrow or Friday (fingers crossed & positive thoughts).
