I'm in!
I didn't go to the gym on my three day weekend but I was digging holes for a new fence my husband and I are building and I think I worked harder than I ever do on the weight machines. I lost 3 pounds over those days so I guess it really did help. I wish I could figure out how much yard work burns but either way I'm happy. ^_^0 -

Ankle is totally pissed at me and my hubby is preparing a cold bath for it. I busted it back in January and only in the past 3 weeks have been able to walk around 24/7 without a cane. So it's still strained in the tendons.
Spent an entire hour and a half on my feet in a meeting walking and standing combo. Then after work head to the mall to pick up my new shoes and shopping for new dress pants for him. So about an hour of walking there.0 -

I really stretched myself this week by teaching water aerobics to the women gathered at my friend's timeshare in Vermont. I just put together bits and pieces of the classes I've been taking at the Y and did a good mix of cardio, toning, and flexibility work for 45 minutes. I had them all gasping for breath at times and groaning, which was great, and after her first time, one of the women asked if I teach water aerobics back home. What a compliment! If I can be mistaken for an aerobics instructor at 470+ pounds, imagine what I'll accomplish at a healthy weight!!!0

No 5 minutes of exercise today. It was just way to hectic and mind numbing at work. I did take the stairs at work though instead of the elevator whenever I had to change floors.0
