May 13th - Migraine most of the day spent in bed, but managed 25 mins of slow walking still
May 14th - Slept a lot again today, 20 mins of walking
May 15th - Had a lot of energy today, guess I am better. 30 mins yoga and 25 mins of brisk walking outside.
May 16th - Mixed walking for 30 minutes, 5 minutes of stretching
May 17th - Mixed walking 25 mins, cleaning out my DH's closet, 30 minutes of yoga

May 20th - 35 mins of stretches and walking and a little running. Woohoo! (it was very little but still!)

May 12- 10 minute walk...Did more tomatoes today so was on my feet a good while again.

I did a little bit of stretching and yoga, but most of my exercise this month was in the water:
8 hours and 40 minutes of lap swimming
7 hours and 25 minutes of aquasize/water aerobics
1 hour and 30 minutes of water tai chi
That's 17 hours and 35 minutes of exercise this month! woohooo!!!!
My goal for June is to complete 30 hours.

I COMPLETED THE CHALLENGE - just took one day off this month. My other days that were less rigid I still made a point to get outside and do something with my son to get moving a bit.

I COMPLETED THE CHALLENGE...just barely lol. I exercised exactly 28 days after having to take off the one day wrapped in an ace bandage and two other off days. Thanks Karen for coming up with this because honestly I think it pushed me to do more than i would have normally did. Normally I would have probably just exercised a few days in a month :flowerforyou: Congrats to everyone for at least putting forth an effort period to try to do more this month, whether you made it or not, it is a step in the right direction!!so for me to even complete this is a miracle in itself. Thanks again for motivating us.
My breakdown is:
Zumba: 27 minutes
Swimming : 62 minutes
Aerobic dancing: 18 minutes
Treadmill: 10 minutes
Exercise bike: 5 minutes
Weights: 10 minutes
Water Aerobics: 5 minutes
Walking: 540 minutes...or 9 hours!!!! ( I just estimated an hour for the days we were camping even though I know we walked alot more than that! I have no clue though how much longer it was )
Deep Cleaning: 60 Minutes , Tish I did the same thing. I do not count the regular daily cleaning, just when I really work hard doing the deep stuff that doesnt get done as often.0 -

I would say I did not complete this challenge. This simply because I ended up in so much pain I just stopped moving. Whether it is needing new shoes (which I can't afford right now) or whether it is my body, my concentration has become rigid tracking and planning so that I can get lighter and therefore able to do more.0
