    It's so much fun checking out what everyone else is doing. :smile: Keep Going! Hopefully I'll have more time tonight to comment more. Busy day yesterday, only added 3 miles (and I had to sneak those during breaks). If things stay calmer today I hear the bike trail calling :smile:

    Speed work coming up tonight....4 miles of intervals will bring me to a little over 93 miles for the month of June....may throw in an extra mile or so after just for kicks. On track to meet my goal of 100 miles in June well before month's end.

    You may have also noticed that my super-late night spreadsheet updates haven't been happening lately. That's because since I've been running in the morning again, I am zonking out for the night around 9-10pm now! :laugh: I'm still updating the sheet every day, the timing is usually afternoon now though. Keep those mileage updates coming!!!!! :drinker:

    Yes, Dave, I have noticed the running rather than the biking! And all the discussion on hip girdle area and Tbands which has been helpful for me too. I really love this group though I don't comment daily. You all keep me going!

    I am feeling low today. I went to my eye doctor yesterday due to spotty vision. Well I have a semi detached retina in my right eye. He said I could continue my training for the big century tour next month. But my vision is so messed up, I rode today and could not finish. Going to keep going and hope for the best. :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry:
