3 down 17 to go. 4.5 mile hill run with a 1243 ft assent, hard going but I loved it. No idea how many calorie I burned , I don't like wearing a heart rate monitor but I guess it's between 400 and 500 calories.0

July 2 I did go on the elliptical for 30 minutes and when my daughter road her scooter I ran/walked along side her for a mile. Was hoping to run more but I am trying to get my kids to learn how to ride their bikes/scooter so it is a work in progress.
