    I rested yesterday because my ankle started to hurt from my runs. Feeling much better today.

    July 1 Just 10 minutes (I ran to and from a playground to do my summer playground w/o).
    July 2 36:13 min. 5 km. (I usually run 3 times per week. This is a regularly scheduled training run at a slow pace. I call it the Turtle Program).
    July 3 Just 10 minutes (I ran to and from a playground to do my summer playground w/o).
    July 4 Ran 6 km at a slow 7min 25 sec. per km.

    July 2 I did go on the elliptical for 30 minutes and when my daughter road her scooter I ran/walked along side her for a mile. Was hoping to run more but I am trying to get my kids to learn how to ride their bikes/scooter so it is a work in progress.

    Finally got an actually run in
    July 3 elliptical 30 minutes
    July 4 no cardio just workout DVD
    July 5 Run just shy of 5 km
