    July 1 nothing :(.
    July 2 I did go on the elliptical for 30 minutes and when my daughter road her scooter I ran/walked along side her for a mile. Was hoping to run more but I am trying to get my kids to learn how to ride their bikes/scooter so it is a work in progress.

    July 3 elliptical 30 minutes
    July 4 no cardio just workout DVD
    July 5 Run just shy of 5 km
    July 6 Run 6.5 km

    July 7 30 min eliptical
    July 8 30 min eliptical
    July 9 no cardio
    July 10 3 km run plus 4 km walk and 30 min elliptical

    July 11 3 km walk and running (more walking that running) plus 30 min of elliptical.
    July 12 10 km running 5 and 1's including 5 min warm up and cool down.
