July here I come. Leaving my goal at 150 miles and hoping that's not too ambitious with my July training schedule and the summer heat. But this gives me a push to not make excuses to turn into a lump again.
Had to change my profile picture back to the Little Miami bike trail. It's a good week when I can get over there once or twice on bike or on foot. So glad it's only 5 minutes from home. :happy:0 -

Well I guess I can say I'm part of the "oldies" now in this group! :blushing:
So I'm in again for July. Please put me down for 160 miles.
Got the green light from the doc to start running again but only for very short distances and 1-2 times a week. Didn't got my surgery yet (lets say the waiting list is pretty long...) BUT I started boxing and kickboxing! So awesome!! I love it! Never had feminine hands, but let me tell you that now more than ever, I know I never will :laugh:

There is a Tour de France challenge going on in one of the MFP groups. It's a lot of fun and really helps motivate you to put in some really good miles. You ride each day the Tour is going on. 21 days total with two rest days. We run in four teams of nine riders each. We have room for one more rider. If you are interested send a personal message to TheBigYin. Dave, I think you would do well at this. You don't have to be a supper rider, just consistent.0
