    25 miles on my road bike and 3 miles with my son on my mountain bike for 28 miles today. That's 50 out of 400 for the month. :smile:

    For July, I want to set my goal at 65 miles walking.

    Thanks to all of the mods for putting on the challenges and providing such a wonderful supportive place.

    DCMAT - There is something wrong with the statement, "Still recovering so will aim for 750 miles." Most of us don't do that in a couple of months and we're not sporting a multi-colored ankle. :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

    Adding 3.4 of running, walking and climbing a big old hill. Counted for 18 floors on my fitbit!
    Which I live in super flat terrain so I have no idea if that is a lot or not, ha! Forgot the fitbit for my run, tho :grumble:

    A must read for any runner out there. Even when a race go sideways, something positive always happens. I'm sure it's true for any other sports as well.

    17.4 miles Total - Today: Felt good and ended up running a 5K (By myself - verfied using the RunKeeper App) through big box store parking lots - Plus walked. Had to get this entry in early because I have a 5 hour drive today.

    I'm back for another month - This time it's for the motivation to help keep me going (*been lacking it lately*).

    Goal for July: 100 miles

    July 1st: 10 miles (*Cycling*)
    July 1st: 1.5 miles (*Running*)

    Total (*so far) = 11.5 miles
