    I decided to race a sprint tri next saturday to get some OWS experience for my oly distance race next month. I need to kick up my bike miles a bit, but I've been nursing a pulled groin muscle for weeks. It's feeling much better, so I'm hoping to get my biking back in full swing starting this week. Maybe a brick this weekend!

    Got a long ride in, a medium ride, and normal commuting. Biked more last week than the two weeks before combined!
