Getting to the gym 5 days a week to swim. Helps keep me sane. Pushing through even when it feels like a martial arts sparring class, getting kicked.
Practicing swimming diplomacy by doing some informal coaching when other swimmers ask. It is weird for me to think that I calm actually help another swimmer improve.1 -

Lost track of sets but I mainly did front crawl or hand paddles. Used alternate breaststroke laps when having a break.

I feel for pain. Most pools in China are like that with no lane ropes . Got broadsided by people swimming across the pool, head butted by breast strokers not paying attention.
