    Awesome team! I'm at 240 minutes of cardio for the week so far, so if anyone is short let me know and I'll be happy to donate some minutes.

    Hi guys. I am afraid I am going to have to follow in the footsteps of Zombie Inkpot and bow out of this challenge. It's only week 1 and I am already stressing about how to fit it in and I have had enough stress in my life lately so I refuse to do this to myself.

    The beginners team is coming up with some punishments that I dont think I would like to do. Hopefully, we kill it this week!!!!

    Okay so I haven't updated in two days. I've been working but I have managed to fit some cardio in. It's a shame I couldn't count lifting heavy totes for work as strength but hey ho, haha. From the last two days, I have done 120 minutes of cardio and 60 minutes of strength

    60 minutes for me and Zombie on cardio
    30 minutes for me and Zombie on strength

    MisterDazzle:
    Cardio: 270/60 (300 if you include Saturday)
    Strength: 165/90
    Calories: 7/7
    Character Challenge: 2/2
    Punishment: 0/0

    ZombieInkpot:
    Cardio: 240/60 (270 if you include Saturday)

    Also, I'm locking these stats in for this week because I don't know when I can get back tomorrow. I've put them in brackets next to the cardios because I'll be doing an hour's walk. This is, of course, in the discretion of Cindy if she accepts it or not.

    Daz, you are a machine! Here I thought I was rocking it at 175 cardio(+30 tomorrow) and 120 strength. No need for anyone to stress the workout time here! Do what you can and the rest of us will step up!


    Tj! We need to plot against them! What are we going to chose for a punishment? Sprints?

    Here are my final numbers for the week. I'd say count me as absent though (I AM out of town and have been since Thursday) since I am NOT under for the week-come on, it's New Orleans! And I never got to the video. I've alkyd a zillion mils but never did a proper workout. I plan (NEED) to get right back to working out the day I get home and plan (NEED!) to be under calories for the duration.

    Cardio: 237/90
    Strength: 89/60
    Calories: absolutely NOT under for the week
    Challenges: 0/1
    Punishment: 0/0

    OOOOH, sprints sound exciting and fun!!! Definitely something most ppl wouldnt have thought of.

    I've been reading the comics for years so I was upset when Hershel died because I figured they were going to leave that scene out but then when Bob went under water and then later took a walk I knew exactly what was going to happen. I was excited that it was happening but also upset because poor Bob, even though I didn't really like him.
