    I may need some help this week. I have the stomach flu :(

    This is where I am so far. Planned to do strength this afternoon after golf but kid stuff came up so I did the challenge video (fun dancing!) and will get a quick lifting session in tomorrow before I do a double spin. Probably just upper body so my legs don't fall off. Poor Bob-dang.

    Currently Im at 105 Cardio, 40 strength.

    I haven't done any of the videos yet, but i did tell the Beginners I would do the punishment video, so after doing all three videos i should be golden.

    I did the punishment but saving my Carol challenge for tomorrow in case I get stuck working out at home because I've got a no school day kiddo.

    So looks like I'll be able to cover zombiebrandy if she needs it!

    I haven't been on much this week because work has had me super-busy but that doesn't mean I slacked with the minutes. Both me and Zombieinkpot are bad *kitten* who know how to do our minutes! Mmmmmmhm! LOL! Feeling random tonight.

    Zombieinkpot asked me to post her stats for her because she wasn't able to do it this week so here they are:

    You're welcome! I owed someone! Last season I worked through the flu and ended up getting pneumonia so someone covered me that week and then the group covered part of my cardio for like 3 because my lungs were too weak. Flu shot this year for me!! And resting for you! Hope your feeling better!

    I like it! We could break it into rows. Do row one this week, row 2 next, then row 3. But still do the repeat 3, 5 or 7 whatever is appropriate for the fitness level. And if someone can't do something in that row they can sub in one from another row.

    I am a little worried about the upcoming week however... I have a medical procedure that is going to keep me outta the gym for 3-4 days. I already got some strength training in today but it's going to be hard to get all my cardio in. I apologize in advance.
    The good thing however is I'll be on nuthin' but a clear liquids diet for two full days so I should have no problem coming in under my calorie goal. LOL!

    Not a problem, if you think you're going to be short let us know. I always have extra minutes since I shoot for 300 minutes a week of cardio every week anyway. Plus more motivation for me to do extra is always good to keep me from slacking off B)
