Hey everyone! My name is Kristy and I am now on the advanced team! I was a beginner but my numbers the last two weeks have meet the advance requirements and I wanted more of a challenge, something to push me harder. I am not new to challenges but never did this specific challenge and didn't know what to expect and didn't want to overwhelm myself but now that I do I am excited to help the advance team bring home a win!0

It may be that my entry for last week was overlooked on the scoreboard even though it was entered there before the cutoff email was posted.
I would like my weekly cardio increased to 500 please. That leaves some wiggle room if we have the option of increasing again.
My strength could be increased to 100 please.

So tired! My friend's and I realized we have a swimmer, a runner and a biker. So we started training for a triathlon relay! So I hadn't been in the pool much but now I have to stay focused on that. And I have a birthday party for my daughter on Friday....35 7&8 year olds. I'm nuts!
So far this week I'm at 115 cardio and 105 strength. Good on calories and haven't gotten to the challenge yet. What happens if I miss it? I don't want to let anyone down but the next 2 days are crazy busy.0 -
