I really don't want TB to catch up to me and I will try really hard to earn a point today. I don't like how I feel when I binge or after I binge.

I am trying to regain control of another part of my life - not food related. TS is a 'name' I use for the beast I am fighting. I find this thread helps me a lot with binging. Just knowing that I have to update it usually helps me stay on track. I was hoping it could help me with my battle vs TS as well. I'm feeling a bit lost with it at the moment.0 -
totaldetermination - I am also finding it tough to translate my progress with food to other areas... i need to sleep better, have less screen time, and procrastinate less... these are all very important and causing significant problems in my life, but I don't seem to be able to focus on them. I think it is really hard to tackle more than one thing at a time0
