    I just want to say how thankful I am to all of you for being so patient with me as I deal with losing my Dad to lung cancer and the stress we all deal with around the holidays. I'm filled with new motivation to kick our Hogwarts (and myself!) back into high gear. I'm majorly proud of all of you that pushed through the last month despite family dinners and general frivolity! You inspire and encourage me just by being here.

    December results are coming as soon as I bear back from Slytherin and Hufflepuff! Forgive me for just posting the final scores to save time. By the end of this week (just in time for January Week 1 results) I'll have our new badge and cup pics updated in the rules blog. Also keep your eyes peeled for a new Head of Ravenclaw soon. Don't forget to check in by the end of Monday, because this is your starting weight for January!

    Hey Bron, I am sorry to hear about your dad. As far as MFP Hogwards goes I think all of the heads of houses do really well to make it work for the rest of us. x

    There are two versions. One set is called Avatar Badges and it's exactly the size of your profile picture thumbnail. The other set is called Ticker Badges and they are exactly the size of your ticker picture. When you earn awards, you can put the same one in one place or the other, both places, or you can mix and match if you have more than one award at a time. Your choice :)

    You click the link, then right click and save however you prefer to use them.

    Here's an example of each:

    I have the December final results! I haven't heard from the Head of Slytherin yet, so these numbers are as accurate as possible based on who checked in on the Slytherin Common Room thread for the last 2 weeks.

    Hufflepuff dominated and earned both the House Cup and the Quidditch Cup! Congrats to all of you Badgers!!! I'm very proud of your dedication over the holidays!

    Head Boy is Troy 67 of Hufflepuff with 3669 HPs for December.
    Head Girl is MindyBlack of Gryffindor with 3543 HPs for December!

    If you're lucky enough to be a part of Pottermore Beta, and haven't been on for awhile, you should go check it out again! Dueling is up and super fun, and the potion brewing doesn't take as long so it's a bit more fun.

    Thought I'd pop in here and say my hellos. I'm new to "Hogwarts" and have joined up with Hufflepuff.

    My main form of exercise is running. At present, I'm training for a Spring race that is an odd distance - 20 miles. Then, in the Fall, I plan to do my 4th marathon! Aside from running, I like to do some core work now and then, occasional yoga, and when it's nice out, I bike to work.

    I've always been under weight, so I log food and exercise with the intent of putting pounds ON. It's my goal to gain 10-20 pounds.

    Looking forward to getting to know you all better!

    Very nice to meet you! And it sounds like you have a lot coming up, so good luck with it! We're definitely glad to have you with our group, and I'm sure Hufflepuff is happy to have a new member!
